WOD:
Tabata Format (20 sec on 10 sec. off, 8 sets per exercise)
Frogstand Hold frog stand
Bridge-Up Hold bridge-up (w/ hands)
Hollow Body Hold (last 4 sets had to tuck one leg) hollow body
Mountain Climber (36 each)
