Sprained Ankle :(

WOD:
1 Max Effort Set of Pull-Ups
40 reps

20 Min. AMRAP:
5 Burpees
1 Rope Climb
200m Run

@10 min had finished 4 rds, 5 burpees and on the way down from the rope landed on rope and sprained ankle. Here is a picture 31 hours after…





Not the best way to prepare for the open.
