C. On the minute 25 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls @20kg Plate for 10 minutes
D. 5x 100 ft. Waiter's Walk @20kg Plate (1 arm at a time) 60 sec. rest in between sets
E. 10 min. MWOD (wrists/calf complex)
