Pink Eye Post
WOD:
A. Hang Muscle Snatch 5-5-5-3-3-3-1-1(F) 42kg-52kg-62kg (5-3-1)
B. 3x10 Front Squat @82kg
Foot is about 90% better, yet a slight eye infection ensued.
Better to train alone today and tomorrow!!
