6x Power Clean-Power Jerk @80kg (1st 2 sets 2 PC-2PJ then alt. the next 4 sets 2 PC-3PJ- 3PC-2PJ)
4x5 Snatch Pull@90kg
3x8 Front Squat @90kg initiate w/ Power Clean
