3x 3 Wtd. Pull-Ups- 2 Bar Muscle-Ups (super set, drop weight after pull-ups) 10kg
3x 3 Wtd Dips @22kg- 8 Clap Push-Ups
MWOD, HS practice and some P-Bar Support throughout
