Burgener Warm-Up
100 ft. Broad Jump
Couch Stretch
Warm-Up Sets for WOD exercises

WOD:

1. 3-3-3-3-3 Snatch Balance (same load across-moderate weight-looks pretty)

2. 5 Rounds for time:
3 Snatch Push Press @68.3kg
6 Back Squats @68.3kg
9 Burpees
Rest 1 minute between each round
Post each round

3. 3 Rounds for time
50 Double Unders
Rest 1 minute between each round
Post each round
