WOD:
FOR TIME W/ 20LBS VEST-
1 mile Run
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
pull ups then push ups then squats

100m intervals on the run, never did this WOD here , hopefully never will have to again hehehe
