3 Minutes: Quality L-Pull-ups
6 Minutes: Handstand practice
12 Min. AMRAP-as many rounds as possible
100 ft. Bear Crawl
100 ft. Crab Walk
100 ft. Run
100 ft. Backwards Run
Cool Down:
Pick 10 stretches for tight/problem areas and hold for 30-45 seconds.
