Shoulder/Hip Mobility
Active Hamstring Stretch

WOD:
Practice Snatch 10 min.
(Light wt. skill transfer exercises)
21-15-9 reps
90kg Deadlifts/ Pull-Ups

Post:
Foam Roll/Ice

Matt B:  Timer was stopped sometime during workout..... :(
Under 4 min. though for sure
