Pre:
20 Wtd. Lunges 20kg Plate each hand
Burgener Warm-UP
200 Double Unders
3 Handstand Attempts
5 min. Shoulder MWOD
5 min. light to moderate Squat Snatch

WOD:
30 Full Squat Snatches @52.3kg
(Power Snatch to Overhead Squat is ok)

This is a modified version of the benchmark Crossfit workout "Isabel"
