Hell's Elbow Staph

Pre:
5 min. Hip MWOD
2 Rounds:
20 Plank w/ Hip Abduction (10 each side)
15 SL Hip Bridge
15 Sit-Up (Butterfly)

Practice a couple reps of the following...

WOD:
For Time:
100 Jumping Lunges (50 each leg)
100 Tuck Crunches
100 Pistols (50 each leg)

Post:
5 min. L-Sit Progressions
10 min. Split work
