Vacation WOD 3
WOD:
60 to 90 sec. rest in between each set
2x15 Bulgarian Split Squats (pack of roofing shingles on shoulder)
2x8 Bulgarian Split Squat Jumps
2x50 Walking Lunges
Helping out with building a screen in porch all week.
