Auxiliary in my Viscinity

WOD:
A. MWOD- Voodoo- knee, elbow. Band Distraction- ankle
B. 3x 60sec. FLR (top of push-up) with hands upside down.
C. 3x 6 Good Mornings @72kg superset w/ 6 30 inch Box Jumps
D. 2x 200ft Farmer's Walk w/ 30kg each hand (20kg and 10kg plate in each)

later 40 min. Biking
