Pre:
Pick a Mobility Wod

WOD:
7 min. AMRAP of Burpees
1.  Chest and hips must contact floor.
2.  Jump and touch a target with both hands 6 inches above max reach.

Post:
Foam Roll/Mobility

Matt B: 101 reps 1st attempt.  April 9th re-test: Goal 115 reps
