WOD:
A- 3x  5 Pendlay Row- 5 Strict OH Press @68kg (min. rest in between exercises, one bar so clean needed)

B- For Time:
100 Banded Slams/ Straight Arm Pull Down w/ static partial squat
At the top of each min. 3 Pull-Ups (strict/ledge)
2:56- 6 Pull-Ups
