Shoulder Mobility
Bottom Position of Dip and swing

WOD:
Practice: Bar Muscle-Up w/ a jump (For Quality) 10 reps. 1 rep then rest 1 min.
10 min. AMRAP
Burpee Pull-Ups (Bar 1 ft. higher than max reach)
