Pre:
Hip Swings Side/Backward/Forward-15 each leg
P-Bar Bottom of Dip swings
Skin the Cat 3 reps

WOD:
"Cindy"
20 min. AMRAP of
5 Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Squats

Post:
Stretch
